Refund Policy

Diem Legal Limited strives for customer satisfaction and will issue a refund if we do not provide you satisfactory service. Refunds will not be given for unsatisfactory results that are not within the control of Diemlegal-Process Servers Limited, when diligence has been performed and met, and/or third party costs have been incurred. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the original credit card charged or by cheque.
