Process Server: Personal Service of Court & Legal Papers:

1. Enquiry – call / website contact request received and a local agent appointed
2. Papers confirmed at HQ and dispatched to local process server
3. Process server makes 1st attempt at service within 24hours
4. After service, HQ is notified and you (the client) are sent a text / email notice
5. An affidavit is produced (if required) and sent to you (the client) within 48 hours
