Is it possible to get a same day process server?

Yes. As long as you get in touch early and send us the documents and address, we can usually attend the same day. We also offer urgent and out-of-hours visits. Tell us where it needs to be served and your deadline, and we’ll confirm availability and the exact fee (typically £199).

How can I book a process server?

What happens if I don’t have the person’s address?
